REMMY s.r.l.,with Headquarters in Piazza San Francesco, 8 40127 Bologna, partita IVA 03317611204 owner of the e-commerce site www.remmy.it applies the general terms of sales and use here indicated with reference to the Italian consumer code DDL 206/05. These conditions regulate the sales through the web site REMMY.IT.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
All of our products or product packaging destined to clients clearly indicate all the information requested by the consumer code. In order to make the relationship with clients as transparent as possible, REMMY.IT has paid extra attention to provide detailed information on the products on sale through the publication of “product facts” that indicate the characteristics of the product.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Clients can acquire all products currently on the REMMY.IT catalog, visible online at the address (URL) www.remmy.it If the product in not currently available in stock, a window indicating when the product will be available will appear. Generally our supplier delivers within 5/15 days so you will be given the choice to order anyway the chosen product which will be prioritized for shipment as soon as in stock.
In any case, the shipment will take place no later than 24/36 working hours after the arrival of the product in REMMY.IT warehouse.

SELLING PRICES
The selling prices indicated on the web site REMMY.IT are expressed in Euro currency (€) but it is also possible to view them in other currencies (like British Pound £ or U.S. Dollar $); the prices always include sales tax and do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are to be sustained by the customer unless there are promotions in place or if the client has a promotional code and they are indicated at the end of the order as supplement to the selected products. In any case, before completing the shipment of the order, they are clearly indicated inside the shopping cart. For shipping costs details you can go to the SHIPPING COSTS section of the web site. REMMY.IT has the right to modify prices at any moment in time. Should a price be viewed incorrectly for any reason whatsoever (bug, manual error, technical error etc..) REMMY.IT has the right to cancel the order, even if previously confirmed.

EXCECUTING AN ORDER
To execute an order on REMMY.IT, the client must follow a process made up of four (4) steps:

• a product or products to the shopping cart and confirm the order (go to the cashier);
• insert shipping information (and billing information in case you want to receive an invoice);
• choose the preferred shipping method;
• choose the preferred payment method.

Once the payment method has been chosen, you will have to proceed to the confirmation of the order in the available methods. When you send the order, the sales contract has been formalized. The order may be canceled within the time procedure indicated in the section .....

SHIPMENT
The products acquired through the REMMY.IT website, if available in stock, are shipped within 24/36 working hours after the order has been placed or upon receipt of payment in case the chosen payment method was money transfer. If a portion of the merchandise is not available in stock, the client will receive within 24 working hours a written communication or a phone call. In the event of purchase through an order the client will be informed of the shipment the day prior to shipping. The merchandise can be shipped in Italy and the rest of the world with costs, shipping methods and delivery times which will vary according to the type of shipment and the destination. ORDER CANCELLATION
The order can be canceled at any moment by sending an email at the address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. If the client has already paid for the order, REMMY.IT will give back the entire amount within 5 working days from the cancellation date. The client will have to simply send the bank coordinates so the transfer can be made. In any case, we ask that the cancellation be sent within 24 hours of the purchase thus avoiding shipping expenses.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
